Wesley Chapel Home Market Update – June 2017

Wesley Chapel, FL Homes have seen steady price improvement month to month as well as year to year as inventory levels remain at all-time lows.

The Numbers Month to Month and Year to Year

The median sales price for Wesley Chapel was $275,000 in June 2017 compared to $250,000 during May 2017 and $244,000 during June 2016.

The number of homes that sold were 175 in June 2017 vs. 223 in May 2017 and 166 that sold June 2016.

There were 129 homes in contract which represents 60% of the overall available inventory of 252 homes.
